At HaathSe, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, often tailored specifically for you. Because of this, our return policy is designed with care, fairness, and transparency.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition with tags
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Many HaathSe pieces are handcrafted in limited quantities or made-to-measure. Due to the personalized nature of these garments:
- Custom-made or tailored products are non-returnable
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the handmade process and not considered defects
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at haathse25@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
As most of our pieces are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to availability. The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
---Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return conditions mentioned above.
