Exchange & Returns Policy
At HaathSe, every piece is carefully handmade and completely exclusive. Because of the artisanal nature of our creations, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We take immense pride in our quality control and ensure every item is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our studio.
Damages and Issues
In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same item. To qualify for a damage-based exchange, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Unboxing Video Required: You must provide a clear, unedited video of the unboxing process.
- No Cuts or Edits: The video must be a single, continuous shot from start to finish. Videos with cuts, pauses, or edits will not be accepted.
- Clear Packaging: Our original packaging and shipping label must be clearly visible in the video before the package is opened.
- Timeframe: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video proof attached.
Please Note: We cannot process any exchange requests for damaged items without a valid, uncut unboxing video.
